I love swirled designs, whether it be on fabric, walls, gift wrap, artwork, and much more. There are many meanings and ways spirals symbolize positive attributes, reaching across almost all cultures and ethnicity's, including but not exclusive to Ireland, Australia, Native Americans, and many more. It remains nonsectarian, belonging to all of us. The spiral can mean holistic growth, awareness of self within the whole, connectivity, the natural progress of things, and the doorway to life, to name a few.
I have formed my Wedding Favors into swirled spirals, and they represent both the Bride and the Groom as each one part of the whole, the whole being them as a couple. What's your favorite shape?
